Replacement Window Installation Review
I have used Mainstream several times in the past 3 years as I was replacing all of the windows in my home, so a total of 20 windows. The prices are some of the lowest I could find. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need (actually did the opposite for a couple of windows and advised me not to go with a more expensive option), the windows are good quality and make my home look more modern... but the main reason I'm writing this 5-star review is the customer service. If you have any concerns, they are quick to address them and make sure you are fully satisfied. The installation team was fast and friendly. Two of the most recently installed windows had a couple of issues and Steve came out the next day after I emailed and was able to fix the issues on the spot. I am confident that my windows will be in this home for as long as I live in it, and then will continue to serve the next homeowner long after I have left.
