Spencer Sierra
Spencer was born in Silvis and has spent his whole life here in the Quad Cities. He started Mainstream Home Improvement in 2001. Spencer has been married to his lovely wife, Betsy, since January of 2001. They have two daughters, Rosemary and Ruby. Spencer is passionate about his Catholic faith. He is a devoted parishioner and attends mass daily. In addition to his faith, Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and listening to the Rolling Stones. His weakness is Whitey’s Ice Cream. He enjoys the Vanilla Oreo shake, slightly melted. (Please don’t try and bribe him because you’ll win.) Spencer’s motto is that he wants to be a great company, period. Not just a great Home Improvement Company.
Marci Boswell
Marci was born and raised in the Quad Cities area and attended High School at Alleman. She studied at Illinois State University. She has been with Mainstream Home Improvement since the first day back in 2001. She most enjoys spending time with her family. She can be found working on projects around her house with her husband Aaron. She is also very active in her son Braydan’s life. Braydan is a great swimmer and Marci loves to watch him. Most of Marci’s family lives in the area and she is grateful for that so she can spend as much time with them as possible. Marci is always cheerful on the phone and eager to help you out when you call Mainstream.
Leandra Gottschalk
Leandra grew up in the Chicago suburbs and made her way out to the Quad Cities when she started attending Augustana College. She loved it out here so much that she decided to stay after graduation and found herself a job at Mainstream Home Improvement. Outside of work, you can often find her playing Pokémon GO with her boyfriend, Micah, and their dog, Kylo—who, yes, has his own account! She also loves cheering very loudly at Micah’s volleyball games. Leandra has loved learning all about marketing since joining Mainstream and enjoys finding fun ways to show off the company’s work. She’s excited to keep growing and helping more homeowners bring their projects to life!
Nick Wallace
Nick was born and raised in Kewanee, Illinois. He is the father of a beautiful 2-year-old girl. He spent 10 years of his life living in the Southern US where he learned and gained knowledge of residential home building being an independent insurance adjuster. He joined the Mainstream team in March of 2024 to continue to build my knowledge in home improvement and help every customer build and enjoy their dream home.
Daniel Belz
Daniel was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa, before spending his teenage years in Georgia, where he discovered his love for breakfast food at Jerry J’s. After seven years down south, he returned to the Quad Cities and has been thriving in the home improvement industry ever since. As a member of Mainstream’s production team for over a year, Daniel never fails to bring energy and laughter to the office. If you ask him, he’ll confidently tell you he’s the funniest man in the world—and honestly, we’d have to agree! Outside of work, Daniel is a self-proclaimed buffet enthusiast and can’t resist the allure of a good all-you-can-eat spread.
Steve Puck
Steve was born and raised just outside the Quad Cities on the Iowa side, where he has lived his entire life. He’s been happily married to his amazing wife, Amy, since 2012, and together they have a bustling household with their four kids—Charlie, Eli, Kenzie, and Stevie—and an incredible nine dogs! If you’re on the hunt for an adorable lab puppy, the Puck family is the place to go. Steve has worked in the home improvement industry his whole life and brought his expertise to Mainstream nearly two years ago. When he’s not busy with his family or his dogs, you’ll likely find him tackling a new project around his house.
