Moline Roof Replacement Contractor Review
Quality roof replacement and skylight installation! After getting quotes from several local roofing companies in the Quad Cities recently and several years ago, we returned to Mainstream based on the impression Salesman Steve M. left on us in 2020 during a quote. We would like to thank Daniel, he did a great job the day of installation keeping us informed and being a point of contact. We would like to thank Salesman Steve R. who took the time to explain how the G.A.F. system worked and even went the extra mile to drop off color panels for us while we debated the roof color. Lastly, we would like to thank the company owner Spencer, he is very down to earth and definitely showed he cares about running a high quality company with integrity. And also who was Marcy very kind and helpful. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the roof and skylight installation. One point of feedback would be, following signing the contract, as a homeowner you always think of those follow-up questions you wish you would have asked. Having an in-person follow-up meeting as needed would definitely be helpful to answer those pop-up/last minute questions in advance of installation day. We would definitely recommend Mainstream!!
