Had the owner, Spencer come out to quote 2 of 7 windows that need replaced. He advised I would receive the quote that day (9-10) so I called a couple days later inquiring about the quote and was told my "email bounced back the quote" I called again today (9-16) and it's more of the ole "well he's been at job sites for the last 3 days... and did we mention we're not doing quotes anymore for windows this season" so, due to their inability to email or call someone to provide a quote, I now won't get a quote since they've "stopped giving them"
