Roofing Installation Review
We have been with Mainstream for about 15 years. During which we had them do siding, windows, and roofs. During the last heavy rain (5 inches in 24 hours) on July 11, we noticed a lot of water overflowing our rear gutters. After calling Marcy at Mainstream, Daniel showed up to discover that an undersized rain diverter had been used on the last roof replacement. A day later Daniel installed a larger diverter that he fabricated to fit the valley between the roof of the house and the roof of the garage. During the last 2 inch rain, we sustained negligible overflow. Outstanding service for a job that was done 5 years ago!
