Roofing Contractor Review
2 years ago, MainStream did our roof. We were very impressed with the one on one contact with the sales/estimator, Steve. We then met with the job cordinator/ crew leader, Tim. He walked us through the process. Then the crew arrived.... On time if you can imagine that?! They did a fabulous job, and had the area so clean that you couldn't tell we had any work done!! This year when it came time to do the windows, we made contact and asked for a bid. Imagine my surprise when Steve, arrived! He was willing to work with us and get us scheduled at a time that worked for our schedules. (Which wasn't easy) And even gave me a few ideas, which I had not previously considered. Tim came out and we went through the process and discussed where we'd start, end and everything that would come in between. Then the crew showed up.... On time!!! Imagine that!. I can NOT praise these 4 enough! Not only were they respectfull of my home, but were also considerate of my dogs. They did a fabulous job with the clean up, including vacuuming around the floor areas where they had worked. I do highly recommend MainStream to anyone wanting a high quality job at a competitive and reasonable price. We will likely be calling them back in a couple of years for new siding and gutters. I can't imagine doing business with anyone else. Spencer, Marci, Steve, Tim and the rest of the crew... We can't thank you enough for the great care & service you've given us!!
